Lernon.Org offers both free and paid courses. This return and refund policy applies only to paid courses. Free courses and resources do not qualify for refunds as they are accessible at no cost to the user.

Refund Eligibility :

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

• Refund Request Period: Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days from the date of purchase.

• Course Progress: Users who have completed more than 50% of the course content are not eligible for a refund.

• Technical Issues: If you experience technical difficulties that prevent access to the course, you must report the issue within 7 days of purchase. Our support team will attempt to resolve the issue, and if unsuccessful, you may be eligible for a refund.

Non-Refundable Items :

• Digital e-books, bundles, etc.

• Courses or resources purchased from third-party vendors through our platform, which are subject to the refund policies of those vendors.

• If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Exceptions

• If a course is marked as non-refundable on its purchase page, it will not be eligible for a refund.

• Refunds for courses purchased during promotions or with discount codes will be calculated based on the promotional price, not the original price.
